Raw tempeh tiradito with japanese-style marinade

Ingredients

  • ½ package classic tempeh
  • Wasabi paste
  • Orange zest
  • Grated ginger
  • Mirin
  • Soy sauce
  • Orange juice
  • Chopped spicy chili
  • Honey or mascabo sugar

Instructions

Cut the tempeh into thin strips and arrange them on a plate. In a bowl, mix wasabi paste, orange zest, grated ginger, mirin, soy sauce, orange juice, chopped chili, and honey or mascabo sugar.

Pour the mixture over the tempeh strips, making sure they are well coated. Done, enjoy!
