Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chop the garlic, ginger, and scallion.
In a pan, heat oil, and sauté the garlic, ginger, and scallion. Add the sauce.
Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
In the same pan, with a bit more oil, brown the tempeh for a few minutes on each side.
Serve the noodles with tempeh, scallion, cilantro, sesame seeds, and a touch of olive oil. Enjoy!
