Tempeh noodles

Stir-fried noodles with tempeh and a delicious sauce, perfect for a quick lunch. Recipe by vegannah.uy.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1cm ginger
  • 1 scallion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 150g noodles
  • 1/2 pack Asian Marinade
  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallion
  • Cilantro

Instructions

Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chop the garlic, ginger, and scallion.

In a pan, heat oil, and sauté the garlic, ginger, and scallion. Add the sauce.

Add the cooked noodles and mix well.

In the same pan, with a bit more oil, brown the tempeh for a few minutes on each side.

Serve the noodles with tempeh, scallion, cilantro, sesame seeds, and a touch of olive oil. Enjoy!
