Preparation of the tempeh: Cut the tempeh into strips or cubes, as you prefer for each marinade.
Mix the ingredients: For each type of tempeh, mix the marinade ingredients in a suitable bowl or container.
Marinate the tempeh: Place the tempeh in each corresponding marinade (soy, green or mixed) and make sure it is well coated.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally for several hours or overnight for best flavor).
